When creating form letters if there’s a file that you’d like to attach every single time that letter is used, you can attach it to a form letter. Follow the steps below to attach it to a form letter:
First go to the Casework > form letters page. Then either open an existing form letter or follow this tutorial to create a new form letter.
Now, go to the email version of the form letter by clicking on the email button in the top right hand corner of the page.
Then on the top right hand side click the blue ‘Add +’ button to the left of Attachments.
That pull up the Choose File to Upload box. Navigate to where you have saved the file you’d like to attach, click on it and then click open.
Once you’ve clicked open a green banner will display at the top of the email and the file will show up on the right hand side of the email.
Then click the blue save button at the top. Now anytime you use that form letter for an email the file you attached will get sent.
