Where is my contact form?
If you are a website client of Fireside21, your contact form is on your website. An example of the URL is http://joecongressman.house.gov/forms/writeyourrep/.
How does my contact form work?
When a constituent fills out the contact form, it is submitted into Fireside. If the constituent has an existing record in the system, the email is added to that constituent's record and displayed in the inbox. If a constituent is not found in the system, a new constituent record is created, the email is added to the new constituent, and the email is displayed in the Email Inbox.
How are constituents matched?
The public contact form accepts name fields, a home address, an email address, and a phone number (optional). With regard to matching, we use the name information, email address, and home address to link contact form submissions to the correct people records in Fireside.
