People on this Case
When looking at a case, you will see a box on the right sidebar that lists people associated with this case.
By default, this will include both the primary constituent and an agency contact who were selected when the case was created.
Adding Constituents and Agency Contacts to Cases
If you want to add other people to the case (for instance, family members of the constituent), change the primary agency contact, or add a secondary agency contact, simply click "Add Contact."
A popup window will appear where you can type in the name of the person or the agency you want to add.
You can choose from a list of people or agencies on the left, and the results will appear on the right. Once you find the person you want to add, click the orange "Add to Case" button.
Change Primary Agency Contact
Should you have multiple agency contacts on the case, you can choose to promote one of the secondary contacts to be the primary agency contact for the case by clicking the small arrow box to the right of their name and selecting “Promote to primary” from the dropdown menu.
Please note: The primary constituent on a case cannot be changed. If it is incorrect, make a note in the case, close it out, and start a new case.
Removing People from Cases
To remove a person, click the small arrow box to the right of their name, and select “Remove this user” from the dropdown menu.
