The Walk-In and Phone Call Report tracks the two ways constituents directly speak with your office. When you log a constituent interaction, you can identify constituents who stop by the DC or District Office as a walk-in. You might also want to record people who the Member met at an event in the community as a walk-in. If they take the time to call your office, you have the opportunity to log that as a phone call.
Fireside captures all of those special interactions in one report.
By default, you will see all walk-ins and phone calls logged for the previous seven days. However, you will be able to adjust the timeframe using the Start and End date fields, then clicking Update.
You can also use the filters along the right side to see only walk-ins or only phone calls, just check or un-check the boxes as desired and click update.
When you need a copy of the report, you can always export the data to an Excel file. If you only want one category (walk-ins, phone calls, or both) make sure you have the filters checked before exporting.
