You can edit the subject of an individual email sent to a constituent or agency contact.
Once you have added a new email to a casework record, go to the sidebar and choose "Customize" (next to "Form").
Simply click in the subject line directly below "Edit Email Activity," and change the content to whatever you wish.
If for any reason you want to return to the default subject line, you can click "Revert" (which is exactly where "Customize" was before).
