To log a campaign, go to Mail Room>Inbox
On the lefthand side, there are three source icons denoting the three mail filters: Individual Email, Campaign Emails, and Digital Mail. The second icon is the source for campaigns (see below).
When you click on the campaigns icon in the vertical list, each item in that list will be a campaign or something Fireside suspects is a campaign, grouped by subject and IP address for advocacy vendors that aren't following the Communicating With Congress API.
Logging
When logging, you can click on an item in the vertical list to load the first 50 pieces of mail from that campaign in the horizontal list. The image below shows two campaigns with the selected one in blue.
To load more than 50, scroll all the way to the right in the horizontal list and click "Load more messages."
To log, either select the orange "Log Selected 1" button or the blue "Log All X" button at the bottom of the logging area.
If you click the orange "Log Selected," that will log only the mail that is selected in blue in the horizontal list.
If you click the blue "Log All" button that will log ALL messages selected in that campaign, as well as trigger a popup if you'd like to create an automation to log all future messages from that campaign in the same way and have them skip the inbox entirely.
Campaign Details
To view the Campaign Details (which includes information about the campaign, including the advocacy organization that sent it and the software vendor using the Communicating With Congress API), click on the subject line of the campaign above the text of the email.
