Fireside newsletter customers have the ability to use newsletter stats to enhance constituent communications. Find out who has (or has not) been reading your boss' newsletters and place them into an audience for follow-up communications! Any of these criteria can be used as inclusions or exclusions in an audience.
The criteria for newsletters are split into two distinct modes:
Individual Newsletter Mode
This is used when you want to create an audience based on one specific newsletter. The typical use for this is emailing a follow up with people who didn’t open a particular newsletter, or re-sending a survey only to those who haven't answered it yet. The individual newsletter options are:
- Opened Newsletter: Find people who opened a particular newsletter.
- Clicked Newsletter: Find people who clicked something in a particular newsletter.
- Didn’t Open Newsletter: Find people who didn’t open the newsletter.
- Didn’t Click Newsletter: Find people who who did not click any links in a particular newsletter.
All Newsletter Mode
This is used when you are looking for people with behaviors that span a specific date range of days or weeks. The All Newsletter Mode options are:
- Opened Any: Find people who opened any newsletter in the date range.
- Clicked Any: Find people who clicked any link in any newsletter within the date range.
- Didn’t Open Any: Find people who haven't opened your newsletters within the date range.
- Didn’t Click Any: Find people who haven't clicked on any links in your newsletter within the date range.
